  Brian Garman continues to be a sounding board for the Locos Express coaches, as well as keeping our organization abreast on the continuous changes taking place in today's game. Garman could no longer maintain GM status of the Express due to accepting a pitching coach role for the Las Angeles Angels.

  Brian is a Wapakoneta native. His playing career consisted of Wapakoneta High School, University of Cincinnati (2006 - 2010), and the Milwaukee Brewers MILB (2010 - 2013).

  After his playing career was derailed from a shoulder surgery he took up coaching, His coaching stops have been: Lima Locos pitching coach, Lima Locos Manager, UNOH Pitching Coach, Locos Express General Manager, 2018 MILB Defensive Coach (LAA), 2019 MILB Pitching Coach (LAA), and 2020 MiLB Pitching Coach for the Dayton Dragons - affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds.  

Garman has also opened himself up continuing to work with area high school and middle school aged players by running strength training, weighted ball training, and education through his off-season months with IntentCity Athletics training camps.
